The echoes of laughter as the kids ran and laughed and played.

This session was everything my creative soul needed at the tail end of a long year. I love family sessions. I love the way spouses move together to bring their kids close. I love the wild joy in the kids. It is untamed and unhindered and free. I love the way the kids giggle as the shutter clicks and clicks and clicks.

And gosh I love the way the light highlights it all.

Julia and Rich—the warmth and affection between the four of you was palpable, and it was pure delight to photograph. I can’t wait for you to see the rest.
