Have you ever bumped into a person around town and thought, “She seems cool. I should get to know her.” And then life happens and it takes few years but you finally make a point to get to know that person and she is so easy to chat with, and then your husbands meet and your kids meet and it’s all just easy as pie?

Yeah. Sara is like that. She’s the woman who understands mine and Alex’s proclivity to be “almost cute” and responds with her and Dave’s tendency to be “almost fancy.” She’s the friend who dropped everything to organize a meal train and bring us dinner when I got sick with Lymes Disease. She’s the incredible mother and wife who holds down the fort when the crazy train that is raising small kids gets a little nuts. She’s the friend I’m so grateful to know, and it was such a joy to serve her family with these photos a few months ago.

Grab a cup of coffee, a Christmas cookie, and an almost fancy paper towel napkin and enjoy the actual cute that is the Mathews family.
