It certainly made my job easy.

James, Kristie and I spent the evening on Franciscan’s campus, dodging rain, waiting for the sun to peek out from behind the clouds, and chatting about the craziness that comes with having a baby in the midst of a pandemic. Despite all the added pandemic stress, there is a deep sense of peace between Kristi and James. The way they orient themselves around the other is tender and beautiful and so, so easy to photograph.

James + Kristi, thank you for inviting me in to your story for the afternoon. It was a joy to document such a precious time in your lives! I can’t wait for you to meet your little man!
